Zoodles & Meatballs Marinara Recipe
You won’t miss the spaghetti noodles with this recipe – a lighter twist on spaghetti with meatballs and marinara.

- 2 (28 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
- 1 pound bag frozen meatballs
- 6-8 medium zucchini, spiralized

Combine crushed tomatoes and Mama Mia Marinara Sauce Mix in a small pot over low heat. Let simmer 20-25 minutes. Heat meatballs according to package directions.
When sauce and meatballs are almost done, place spiralized zucchini in a casserole dish with lid. Place in microwave, covered, and cook on HIGH for approximately 4 minutes, until zoodles reach desired tenderness.
To serve, top cooked zoodles with meatballs and marinara. Serve with Italian garlic bread, if desired.
