Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing new recipe to try! I had initially passed this by because I have never made nor served polenta. Would it be too different for the family? Because of the other positive review, I made this and Oh My Word....delish! The kids loved it too! I was short on time so I did do it in my Le Cruset pot in the oven in about 3 hours at 350 (I doubled the recipe for leftovers). I also didn't have to thicken the tomato sauce because it was already thick because of the different heat. And yes, MAKE the polenta! You will not be disappointed!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hearty and filling I wouldn't have picked this, but it came as a bonus mixer. I was pleasantly surprised! The only thing I would do differently is add more Wahoo! as we like things a little spicier.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a delicious surprise Honestly...I wasn't sure we were going to like this. I'm not a big fan of round steak, 1 tablespoon of Wahoo Chili didn't seem like much, and tomatoes? Beans? But in it all went and it all came together beautifully. Absolutely delicious, in fact. And I highly recommend serving it with the suggested polenta recipe. We would never have tried this recipe if it hadn't been in our collection. Thank you!!
