Venison Stew Recipe
Perfect for busy weekends, this savory, robust stew will satisfy the hungriest appetites.
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 lbs. venison stew meat, cubed
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 1/2 cups dry red wine
- Slow Cooker
Combine all ingredients in a greased slow cooker; cover, cook on low 8-9 hours. Makes 6-8 servings.
