Ultimate Grilled Turkey Burgers Recipe
Ground turkey combined with Parmesan cheese and Ultimate Steak Seasoning and grilled. Served with grilled onions.
ingredients
- 1½ pounds 85% lean ground turkey
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup plain panko bread crumbs
- ¼ cup grated onion

1 tablespoon Ultimate Steak Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 small red onion, cut into ¼-inch slices
- 6 slices cheese of choice
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 6 brioche buns, toasted
- Lettuce, tomato slices

- Prepare grill to medium heat. In large bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Form into 6 patties.
- Place patties on grill with onion slices. Grill, turning once, until internal temperature reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 10-12 minutes. Top with cheese the last 1-2 minutes. Remove onions when softened and nicely charged.
- Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine mayonnaise and Sweet Mesquite & Ale Sauce. Spread on toasted buns. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, burgers and grilled onions.
Makes 6 servings.
Serve with Nashville Hot Sweet Potato Wedges.
Make Ahead & Freeze: Prepare step 1. Wrap each patty with plastic wrap. Place cheese in a quart freezer bag. Place Sweet Mesquite & Ale Sauce in a quart freezer bag. Place both bags and burgers in a gallon freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely. Prepare grill to medium heat and continue with step 2.
