Turkey Cranberry Flatbread Pizza Recipe

  • ¾ cup hot water
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 cup cranberry relish
  • 1 cup chopped turkey
  • ½ cup cooked, chopped bacon
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • 8 oz. sliced provolone cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup mixed baby lettuce

Preheat oven to 375°. Set aside ¼ cup Bountiful Beer Bread Mix®. Combine remaining bread mix, water and olive oil. Mix until soft dough forms. Set aside and let rest 15 minutes. Sprinkle reserved ¼ cup bread mix on a clean work surface. Place the dough on the work surface and press down. Roll the dough very thin (about 1/8-inch thick) using a rolling pin. Place on a greased baking sheet; prick with a fork all over to prevent crust from puffing while baking. Bake for 9-11 minutes until lightly browned.

Evenly sprinkle the cranberry relish, turkey, bacon and onion over the crust. Top with provolone cheese. Bake 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Remove from oven and top with pecans and lettuce. Serves 12.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from OMG! Thanksgiving Dinner -- But It's Pizza! I made this for an open house and it was a huge hit. Absolutely amazing. Perfect flavors. I'll be making this again and again. Note: roll the dough thin and punch tiny holes with a fork..it's crucial to keeping the crust from being too thick.
