Turkey Cheese Ball Recipe
Add one more turkey to your family’s day of thanks with this creative display of a cheese ball.
- 8 oz. light cream cheese
- 1 red pepper, sliced lengthwise
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 2 pecans
- Assorted crackers
- No bake/cook
In a small bowl, combine first 2 ingredients. Chill 1-2 hours until firm. Cut slice of red pepper lengthwise for the turkey neck and wattle. Place on cheese ball. Cut a small triangle of cheese for the turkey beak and place above the red pepper on cheese ball. Place the pecans above the beak for the eyes. Insert crackers into cheese ball for turkey tail feathers. Serve with assorted crackers.
