Tassie Cups With Corn, Black Bean Salsa Recipe

- 3 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) softened butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup cheddar or taco cheese
Combine first 4 ingredients in food processor; pulse until forms a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap; chill 1 hour. Form ball into 24 small balls; press with fingers into bottom and up sides of ungreased mini muffin pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Cool; remove tassie cups from muffin pan. Spoon Corn, Black Bean Salsa in cups; garnish with cheese. If desired, place in microwave for approximately 20 seconds to melt cheese. Makes 24 servings.
