- Prepare tater tots according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, in large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and crumble beef and next 3 ingredients until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes. Drain off liquid.
- Divide tater tots among 6 dinner plates. Top with beef mixture and remaining ingredients.

Combine ground beef and next 3 ingredients in a gallon freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze with tater tots. Thaw completely and continue with step 1.
