Swordfish & Veggie Packages Recipe

- 2 swordfish steaks
- 1 cup fresh broccoli
- 1 cup fresh zucchini, sliced
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
Cut 2 squares of heavy duty aluminum foil (12 x 12 inches each). Season both sides of each steak with Garlic Garlic and Spinach & Herb Dip Mix. Place a steak in the center of each square of aluminum foil. Top each with 1/2 cup of each of the vegetables. Place 2 Tbsp. of butter and 1 tsp. of lemon juice on each steak. Close package by pulling up the sides and folding down over the top to seal tightly. Place packages on baking sheet and bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Open carefully, as steam will be very hot. Serve right in the foil packages or on top of rice if desired. Makes 2 servings.
Rated 5 out of 5 by sandym from Swordfish for the win! This was my husband's first time trying swordfish. I have never cooked it before so I wanted to knock his socks off while making my task easy! This was a very simple and easy dish and the clean up was just as easy. He loved it and told me not to lose the recipe. PS...I doubled the broccoli instead of the zucchini.
