  1. In medium bowl, combine first 4 ingredients and 1 teaspoon Sí Sí Cilantro Seasoning. Toss to coat. Set aside.
  2. In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and 1 teaspoon Sí Sí Cilantro Seasoning. Sauté until cooked through and opaque in color, about 5-6 minutes.
  3. Add Sweet & Sour Pineapple Sauce and toss to coat shrimp. Serve shrimp in tortillas topped with tomato avocado salsa and Cotija cheese, if desired.

Makes 6 servings.

Serve with a Mexican-style salad.
