Sweet Pepper Jalapeno Ribs Recipe

- 3 pounds country-style pork ribs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
- 2 (16 ounce) cans pinto beans
- Slow Cooker
Season ribs with Garlic Garlic, salt and pepper. Cut ribs apart; broil until well browned, about 18-20 minutes. Combine Sweet Pepper Jalapeno Jam, Merlot Sauce and peppers in sauce pan; heat on low unitl melted. Pour over ribs in slow cooker; stir. Cover; cook on high 5-6 hours. Remove ribs; skim fat from sauce. Add beans to sauce; cook, uncovered, on high an additional 30 minutes until slightly thickened. Add ribs just before serving to reheat. Makes 4 servings.
