Sweet Pepper Jalapeno Meatloaf Recipe

- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- Salt & pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well blended but don't overwork the meat. Place in a greased glass loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes or until an internal temperature of 160° is reached. At the last 10 minutes of baking time, brush with additional Sweet Pepper Jalapeno Jam. Makes 4-6 servings.
Rated 5 out of 5 by FoodLady from Delicious spin on a favorite! Such and easy and flavorful recipe! It called for 1 T Garlic Garlic but I used less as that seemed like a lot. I like garlic but not a fan of a lot. I used about 1 tsp and it was great!
