Sweet and Smoky Kale Chips Recipe

- 1 -2 Bunches Kale
- 1 -2 Bunches Roasted Garlic Infused Oil or Olive Oil

1 -2 Bunches Sweet & Smoky BBQ Seasoning

Preheat Oven 350 Wash and thoroughly dry Kale. Cut out Spine with kitchen shears or a paring knife. Cut into bite size pieces. evenly coat Kale with Oil of choice be sure to cove all sides. Place on cookie sheet covered with Parchment ( mine turned out great without) flat layer. Sprinkle with Sweet and Smoky Seasoning. Bake 15 minutes. Depending on oven this should be good, if not crunchy to the touch bake 5 minutes longer Do not over bake as tend to taste burnt if overcooked. Cool and Eat.
