Rated 5 out of 5 by DeanaLM from Healthy & yummy I don't like veggies as a general rule bu am trying to be better about eating them. I followed the recipe but also added a can of diced tomatoes and chopped up a jalapeno. I used brown rice and topped with habanero cheese for a little extra kick. It was oh so good.
