  • 1/4 cup Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
  • 3 TBSP water
  • 1 packet Red Bell Pepper Hummus Mix
  • 1/2 cup Avacado Oil

In a measuring cup or a nice cruet add the vinegar, water and dry mix. Shake. Add oil. Shake again. Serve Any vinegar can be substitued, or any oil can be substituted.
