Perfect for breakfast or lunch, this summery smoothie bowl is loaded with strawberries, kiwi and granola.
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ¼ cup granola
- Sliced strawberries and chopped kiwi for garnish
- No bake/cook
- Combine first 4 ingredients in blender; blend until smooth.
- Pour into bowl. Top with granola and fresh fruit for garnish.
