1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat steaks dry with clean paper towels; sprinkle each filet with Ultimate Steak Seasoning.
2. Heat a cast-iron or oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons Roasted Garlic Infused Oil to hot skillet. Sear steaks, about 2-3 minutes per side, until browned.
3. Top each steak with ½ tablespoon butter; carefully place skillet in oven. Continue cooking steaks until desired doneness is reached on an instant-read food thermometer (145°F for medium-rare; 160°F for medium), about 8-12 minutes, or Transfer steaks to plate; cover and set aside.
4. While steaks are resting, return skillet to stovetop over medium heat. Add remaining 1 tablespoon Roasted Garlic Infused Oil and Garlic Garlic Seasoning; cook about 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add mushrooms and Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena; sauté until softened. Stir in cream. Season with salt and pepper, as desired. Serve steaks topped with sauce.
Makes 4 servings.

Tip: If you prefer a thicker sauce, whisk together 1 tablespoon cornstarch with 1 tablespoon water; whisk into sauce and heat until slightly thickened.
