Sriracha Ranch Chicken Tacos Recipe
- ½ cup sour cream*
- ½ cup mayonnaise*
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 (8-inch) flour or corn tortillas
- Shredded lettuce
- Shredded Cheddar cheese
Combine dip mix with sour cream and mayonnaise. Chill until ready to serve. In medium skillet combine oil and chicken seasoned with salt and pepper. Fry over medium heat until browned. Arrange chicken, lettuce and cheese on tortillas. Dollop with dip mixture. Makes 4-6 servings.
*Lighten it up: use light mayonnaise and sour cream instead.
