Sour Cream Coffee Cake Recipe
With its delicious cinnamon flavor, this sour cream coffee cake is perfect anytime!
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup water
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- Preheat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, combine Cinnamon Muffin Melt Mix packet 1 with sour cream, water and eggs. Spread half the batter in a greased 9-inch springform pan.
- In small bowl, combine Cinnamon Muffin Melt Mix packet 2 with melted butter (mixture will be crumbly). Sprinkle half the crumble mixture over batter. Spread with remaining batter and sprinkle with remaining crumbles.
- Bake 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes before releasing.
