Smoked Bacon Warm Dip Mix Preparation Recipe
Just add cheeses to this smoky bacon seasoning and heat for a delicious, warm dip for your next neighborhood party.
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese*
- 1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine Smoked Bacon Warm Dip Mix with cream cheese. Add about 1 cup Cheddar cheese; stir to blend. Press mixture into an oven-safe baking dish; top with remaining cheese. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with chips or cubed Bountiful Beer Bread®. Makes 11 servings. *Light cream cheese may be used. Variation: To prepare in the microwave, press prepared cream cheese mixture into a microwave-safe baking dish; heat in microwave on high at 30-second intervals (stirring after each) until heated through. Top with remaining cheese; microwave an additional 35-45 seconds or until cheese melts. Suggestion: Garnish with crumbled bacon or diced tomatoes.
