Skillet Peanut Butter Brownies Recipe
Three ingredient peanut butter and chocolate brownies, served with vanilla ice cream.
- 1¼ cups heavy cream
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- Vanilla ice cream
- Using a 10-inch cast iron skillet, prepare Peanut Butter Brownie Mix according to package directions using cream and peanut butter.
- Cool slightly. Cut into wedges and serve warm with ice cream.
