Delish! Made Some Tweaks - see below

First, it turned out I didn't have boneless chicken thighs, I had bone-in, so I cooked the things in my air fryer for 22 minutes at 280 before starting the recipe. I had rice flour on hand and used that vrs. reg flour. I also only had almond milk, so I subbed that for 2% milk. Then I didn't have any bacon, but I did have a package of prosciutto from Aldi, so I used that in place of the bacon. Lastly, my husband requested mushrooms so I added 1/2 a cup of sliced mushrooms.

    Definitely a WIN

We will definitely be mail this one again. I did omit the tomato (not a fan) so I used sweet red peppers instead,, because I love the pop of color! So easy to prep and prepare, yet looks gourmet!

    One Pan Deliciousness

This goes together fast and is delicious. I forgot to add the bacon and it was STILL wonderful. This is a "keeper".

    A definite home run!

This was a quick and easy fix for a busy Sunday. My husband and I loved it, and it was even better the next day as leftovers. This will be a dish we make again and again.

    Now a Regular Menu Item

This skyrocketed to our regular rotation - so scrumptious! I used chicken breasts and next time will add onions, actual artichokes, and more bacon. I couldn't get enough of it!

    Mmmm, tasty!

Who doesn't love fried chicken? I used bone-in thighs that I had on hand, and I found that once I added the sauce, I had to remove the chicken in order to stir the sauce. No problem; I just served the sauce over the top. My family enjoyed this meal.
