Seasoned Merlot Burger Recipe

A delicious burger featuring Merlot Sauce, sliced onions and Seasoned Salt.

In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, two eggs, Garlic Garlic, Merlot Sauce, oatmeal and black pepper. Form hamburger mixture into 6 patties (more or fewer depending on how large you like your burgers). Slice onion. Drizzle with your desired about of Merlot sauce and Seasoned Salt to taste. Let the onions sit for a few minutes to soak in the flavors. Cook the onions on the grill using a grill pan so they don’t fall through the grate. Before the burgers are done on the grill, fry one egg per burger (over hard or over easy). Sprinkle each egg with Seasoned Salt to taste. Mix together mayonnaise and desired amount of Bacon Bacon for burger spread. Assemble burger on your bun adding one patty, burger spread, one fried egg and onions. Add lettuce and tomato if you wish.
