Savory Mango Breakfast Bowl Recipe
- 1 serving breakfast sausage
- 1 serving quinoa, prepared
- 1 sweet potato, baked and sliced
- Avocado, chunked
- 1 egg
- Green onion, optional
Pan-fry breakfast sausage over medium-high heat until done. If desired, you can add about 1 tablespoon Mango Lime Sauce to the skillet to infuse a little of the mango flavor in the sausage.
Place prepared quinoa in a bowl and mix in 2 tablespoons Mango Lime Sauce. Add the sweet potato, avocado and cooked sausage. Fry the egg however you like and add to the mixture in the bowl. Top with green onion, if desired.
