Savory Grilled Chicken Recipe
Savory chicken marinated with garlic and onions, then grilled to perfection - enjoy at your backyard bash.
- 1½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Juice of 1 a lime
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1½ tablespoons olive oil
- In a 1 gallon freezer bag, combine all ingredients. Seal well and refrigerate 2 hours or up to overnight.
- Prepare grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard bag with marinade.
- Place chicken on grill. Grill, turning once, until internal temperature reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 10-12 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
