Sautéed Citrus Herb Cod Recipe
- 6 (4 ounce) cod fillets
- In large skillet, heat Avocado Oil over medium heat.
- Season fish with Citrus Herb Seasoning. Place in skillet.
- Sauté, turning once until internal temperature of fish reaches 145°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 10 minutes per inch of thickness.
Makes 6 servings.

Make Ahead & Freeze: Prepare step 2. Wrap each fillet in plastic wrap and place in a gallon freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely. Continue with step 1.
