  1. In large skillet, heat Avocado Oil over medium heat.
  2. Season fish with Citrus Herb Seasoning. Place in skillet.
  3. Sauté, turning once until internal temperature of fish reaches 145°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 10 minutes per inch of thickness.

Makes 6 servings.

Make Ahead & Freeze: Prepare step 2. Wrap each fillet in plastic wrap and place in a gallon freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely. Continue with step 1.
