- Pound chicken breasts to ½ inch thick; season with salt and pepper as desired. Place flour and Garlic Garlic™ Seasoning in a gallon freezer bag. Add chicken breasts to bag. Seal and shake to coat well.
- In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. When hot, remove chicken from flour, shaking off excess flour (reserve 3 tablespoons flour). Place chicken in skillet.
- Cook, covered, until golden brown on both sides and internal temperature reaches 165°F on an instant-read food thermometer, turning occasionally, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from skillet, keep warm.
- Whisk reserved flour into skillet. Cook, whisking constantly, 1 minute. Whisk in chicken broth. Bring to a boil, whisking constantly; boil 1 minute or until thickened, whisking constantly. Remove from heat. Whisk in Brown Sugar Honey Mustard, rosemary and cracked pepper as desired. Serve over chicken.

Make Ahead & Freeze: Prepare step 1, placing chicken in a quart freezer bag. Place chicken broth in a quart freezer bag. Place Honey Mustard and rosemary in a quart freezer bag. Place all bags in a gallon freezer bag. Seal well, label and freeze. Thaw completely. Continue with step 1.
