Rustic Herb Turkey Burgers Recipe
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 hamburger buns
- 6 lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato, sliced
Combine first 4 ingredients; form into 6 large patties. Brush patties with olive oil. Cook over medium heat in a nonstick skillet, about 7 minutes per side. Serve on buns with lettuce and tomato slices. Makes 6 servings.
Suggested sides: coleslaw, sweet potato fries and fresh fruit.
Tip: Combine 2 tablespoons Bayou Bourbon Glaze with ½ cup mayonnaise to make a burger sauce.
