LOVED this!!! Try grilling/smoking it!
I loved this... very easy to assemble. I let it marinate for about 4 hours then fired up the grill and smoked it on a cedar plank for about 40 minutes over a medium fire. It was so tender you could have cut it with a plastic fork! My family loved it.... Quote of the day? "Mom please make this again... and often!

A family favorite!
I've tried this with pork tenderloin, pork roast, and pork chops! All were delicious :) My family can't get enough of this recipe, and our guests love it, too!

Delicious!
My family loved this recipe. I used a pork loin cut into thick chops. I browned the chops on
both side in a cast iron skillet, then put the skillet in the oven to finish cooking. Best pork
chops ever!
