Rustic Grilled Turkey Recipe
Who said turkey is just for the holidays? Serve Rustic Grilled Turkey any time of year.
ingredients
- 1½ pounds boneless skinless turkey breast tenderloins (about 2), seasoned with salt and pepper

2 tablespoons Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons Rustic Herb Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon Garlic Garlic Seasoning

directions
- In a gallon freezer bag, combine all ingredients. Toss to coat. Refrigerate 2 hours or up to overnight.
- Prepare grill to medium heat. Remove turkey from marinade. Discard bag with marinade.
- Place turkey on grill. Grill, turning occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 165°F on an instant read food thermometer, about 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from grill. Tent with aluminum foil; let stand 5 minutes. Slice.
Makes 5 servings .
Reserve 1 serving for Day 5 lunch before serving.
Note: Chicken breasts can be substituted for turkey. Reduce grill time to 10-12 minutes.
Serve with Citrus Herb Grilled Veggies.
