  • 5 Banana peppers, sliced
  • 5 Red potatoes, sliced
  • 1 Jalapeño pepper, sliced
  • 8 Cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 2 Cloves of garlic, pressed
  • 1/4 White onion, chopped
  • 1-2 Seasoned salt

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare vegetables as directed, add oil and seasoned salt. Place in oven for 1 hour, stirring after 30 minutes.
