Roasted vegetables Recipe

- 5 Banana peppers, sliced
- 5 Red potatoes, sliced
- 1 Jalapeño pepper, sliced
- 8 Cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 2 Cloves of garlic, pressed
- 1/4 White onion, chopped
- 1-2 Seasoned salt

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare vegetables as directed, add oil and seasoned salt. Place in oven for 1 hour, stirring after 30 minutes.
