Roasted Red Pepper Sauce Zoodles Recipe

- 1 (8 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained
- 2 (0,75 oz.) spreadable cheese wedges (such as The Laughing Cow Creamy Light Swiss)

2 tablespoons Roasted Garlic Infused Oil , divided
- 1 teaspoon sea salt

1 teaspoon Garlic Pepper Seasoning , divided
- 2 (12 ounce) packages zoodles
- Fresh grated Parmesan and/or chopped parsley for garnish

- In a blender, combine red peppers, spreadable cheese wedges, 1 tablespoon Roasted Garlic Infused Oil, salt and ½ teaspoon Garlic Pepper Seasoning; blend until smooth.
- In large skillet, heat remaining 1 tablespoon Roasted Garlic Infused Oil over medium-high heat. Add zoodles and remaining ½ teaspoon Garlic Pepper Seasoning; sauté 2-3 minutes with tongs. Add sauce and cook until heated through.
- Serve topped with fresh grated Parmesan and/or chopped parsley if desired.
