Roasted Pepita and Pecan Mix Recipe
A delicious snack that's good for you too.
- 1 large egg white
- 2 cups salted pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
- 1½ cups pecan halves
- 1 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
Preheat oven to 375°. Whisk egg white in large mixing bowl until foamy. Combine all ingredients, stirring well to coat seeds. Spread mixture on a greased baking sheet in a single layer. Bake 10 minutes; stir and continue to bake 10 more minutes. Cool; store in an airtight container. Makes about 18 (¼ cup) servings.
