Roasted Green Tea Carrots Recipe
- 2 bunches or 1 pound orange or multi-colored carrots with tops
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Preheat oven to 425°. Line baking pan or dish with foil. Leave 1½ inches of green tops on the carrots, remove the remaining greens. Scrub carrots and place in pan or dish. Whisk together oil, vinegar and 2 tsp. Green Tea Peppercorn Seasoning. Drizzle over carrots; stir to coat.
Bake 25-30 minutes depending on the size of the carrots or until tender when pierced with a knife. Remove from oven. Place on serving plate and sprinkle with additional Green Tea Peppercorn Seasoning to taste.
Tip: If your carrots are very large, slice in half before roasting.
