Roasted Garlic Garlic Vegetables Recipe

- 1 medium peeled, cubed butternut squash
- 2 lbs. cubed red potatoes
- Olive oil as needed
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped dried rosemary
Drizzle squash and potatoes with olive oil, Garlic Garlic and rosemary. Place in foil covered baking dish. Roast at 400° for 30 minutes or until tender. Makes 8-10 servings.
