Grilled Brussels Sprouts Recipe
- 1 lb. fresh Brussels sprouts
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
Preheat grill to medium. Wash Brussels sprouts and pat dry. Cut each Brussels sprout in half lengthwise.
Place all ingredients in a gallon resealable plastic bag. Shake bag until Brussels sprouts are fully coated; pour Brussels sprouts onto greased foil.
Place foil on a preheated grill, close the lid and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring often.
