Roasted Broccoli Recipe
Nothing is as warm and comforting as roasted veggies – perfect as a light meal or satisfying side.
- 3 heads fresh broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Toss all ingredients together on baking sheet.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned and desired doneness, stirring halfway through.
