Red Bell Pepper Hummus Mix Preparation Recipe
This Red Bell Pepper Hummus makes the perfect healthy snack.
- 15-16 oz. can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained, reserve 1/3 cup liquid
- ¼ cup olive oil
Combine hummus mix, chickpeas with reserved liquid and oil in a blender. Pulse, scraping down sides of the blend as necessary, 1-2 minutes. Makes about 1½ cups hummus. More ways to mix it up: Great as a veggie dip. Serve with toasted cubes of our Multi-Grain Beer Bread or pita chips. Use as a sandwich spread.
