Ravioli Soup Recipe
- 2 servings leftover Mama Mia Ravioli Skillet
- 2 servings leftover Zucchini Ribbons, cut in half
- 2 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
- In medium saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients.
- Bring to a simmer. Simmer 5-10 minutes or until heated through. Salt and pepper as desired.
Makes 2 servings.
Work Lunch Suggestion: Divide all ingredients between 2 microwave-safe storage containers. Microwave on HIGH 2-3 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
