Raspberry Rhapsody My Mug Cake Recipe
Simple and easy for an individualized dessert. A perfect blend of chocolate goodness and refreshing raspberries.
- 2 Tbsp. coffee
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 7-8 fresh raspberries
- Vanilla ice cream
- Chocolate sauce for garnish
Add coffee and butter to mug. Stir in Packet 1 of cake mix, and fold in fresh raspberries. Sprinkle with Packet 2. Microwave on high 1 minute and 15 seconds; let cool 2 minutes. Enjoy warm topped with ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce. Makes 1 serving.
