Raspberry Chia Seed Muffin Mix Preparation Recipe
Hearty muffins full of raspberries and black chia seeds.
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 egg
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine ingredients in a large bowl; blend well. Evenly divide batter into 7 paper-lined or greased muffin cups. Bake 20-25 minutes. Cool and remove from pan. Makes about 7 muffins. More ways to mix it up: Stir in ¼ cup chopped nuts. Gently stir in 1/3 cup fresh fruit.
