Quinoa Candy Bites Recipe

  • 1 package Peanut Butter Quinoa Bar Mix
  • 1 cup and 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cup and 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ cup mini candy coated chocolate pieces, such as M&M's®
  • 1/3 cup flaky, peanut butter-flavored chocolate covered crisps, such as Butterfinger® bits

  1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter, honey and contents of Peanut Butter Quinoa Bar Mix Pouch 2. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir and microwave 1 additional minute.
  2. Pour in Pouch 1 and stir well.
  3. Transfer half the mixture to another bowl. To the original bowl, mix in mini candy-coated chocolate pieces and to the other bowl mix in flaky, peanut butter-flavored chocolate-covered crisps.
  4. With each mixture, firmly press one tablespoon into a greased mini muffin tip or roll into bites using a cookie scoop.
  5. Chill 30 minutes or until firm. Makes approximately 52 Quinoa Candy Bites.
