Quinoa & Black Beans Recipe
This delightful recipe is delicious and filling enough to be a main dish. It's packed with protein and fiber!

- 3/4 cup quinoa
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
In a saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add Onion Onion and Garlic Garlic and allow to lightly brown, about 30-60 seconds. Add quinoa, chicken broth, Cumin and Seasoned Salt to saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for about 20-25 minutes. Add black beans and mix well. Serve warm or chilled. You can also add chopped cilantro to this dish for a burst of fresh flavor!
