Pumpkin Patch Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe
Everyone's favorite pumpkin bar topped with cream cheese frosting.
- 1 cup water
- 1 egg
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- Canned cream cheese frosting
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first 5 ingredients; stir to blend. Spread batter in a greased 8 x 8 baking pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Top cake with canned cream cheese frosting. Makes 9 servings.
