Pomegranate Chipotle Salsa Recipe

- 17 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
- 11 oz. can Mandarin oranges
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
- No bake/cook
Combine all ingredients. Set aside for at least 30 minutes. Serve with Blue Aztec Chips. Makes about 4 cups.
