Polar Bear Paw Cupcakes Recipe
Festive and fun, these charming chocolate-mint cupcakes are perfect for the holidays and winter gatherings!

- 1 cup water
- ¾ cup butter, melted
- ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 (16 ounce) container whipped vanilla frosting
- 12 large chocolate mint patties (such as York® Peppermint Patties)
- 36 small chocolate-covered mints (such as Junior Mints®)
- 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare Classy Chocolate Pound Cake Mix according to package directions with water and butter. Stir in peppermint extract. Divide batter evenly among 1 (12-count) muffin pan, lined with paper liners.
- Bake 25 minutes. Remove from oven; cool completely.
- Generously frost cupcakes. Top each one with a large chocolate mint patty in the center for the "paw"; press three small chocolate-covered mints along the top of each cupcakes for the "toes." Gently pat coconut onto frosting for a "fur" effect.

Doggy paw cupcakes
This was absolutely delicious. I did change it up a little bit and turned it into dog paws by adding the extra toe.
