Perfectly Potato Cheddar Beer Sausage Soup Recipe

In a large stockpot, whisk soup mix into water and beer. Add next 2 ingredients; simmer over low-medium heat for about 30 minutes; stirring occasionally. In a separate pot, boil sliced potatoes until tender; drain and stir into soup mixture. Meanwhile, brown sausage with Garlic Garlic until fully cooked; drain and add to soup. Remove stockpot from heat. Gradually fold in shredded cheese until completely melted. Serve warm. Makes 6 servings.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Hearty Soup I made this soup to sample at my open house. It is a real hearty, rich soup. The only thing I suggest is if you do not like the strong beer flavor cut it down to one can of beer and replenish with water. I do not mind the beer flavor, so I will use it as is.
