PB Protein Power Balls Recipe
A quick grab and go breakfast or snack packed with protein and fiber!

- 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup flaxmeal
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries, or favorite dried fruit
- No bake/cook
Heat peanut butter, honey, and packet 2 from bar mix in a microwave safe large bowl for 1 min. Stir and microwave another minute. Add pouch 2, flaxmeal, and dried cranberries. Roll into golf ball size on parchment and let firm up a bit. Store in air-tight container. Great breakfast with Greek Yogurt!
