Paleo Fiesta Taco Bowls Recipe
Easy taco bowls to fit the paleo lifestyle.
- ½ tsp. chili powder
- 1/8 tsp. cumin
- 10-12 oz. sirloin steak
- Prepared Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice (see recipe on ts.com)
- Desired taco toppings (lettuce, tomato, etc.)
- Lime wedges (optional)
Heat grill to medium-high heat. Create a rub by combining the first five ingredients on a shallow plate. Coat all sides of steak with the rub. Let stand for about 15 minutes. Grill steak for 5-6 minutes; flip. Grill for an additional 3-10 minutes (depending on desired doneness), flipping occasionally. Remove steak from grill; let rest 5 minutes. Assemble taco bowls with 1 cup Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice (https://www.tastefullysimple.com/recipes/Cilantro-Lime-Cauliflower-Rice-171819) and additional desired toppings (lettuce, tomato, etc.). Top bowls with about 3 oz. sliced steak. Squeeze with fresh lime juice; serve. Makes about 4 servings.
