Rated 5 out of 5 by TanyaTS from Discovered how great parsnips are! I made this recipe for the first time a few years ago & not only did I discover the yummy deliciousness of the parsnip, but a great go-to side dish recipe that's super-easy & always gets rave reviews! One major tweak I've started doing is substituting Rustic Herb Seasoning for the Italian Garlic Seasoning (Rustic Herb is one of my favorite spices) - to me it makes for a better flavor profile to meld with poultry main dishes.
